How to order Classroom Kits
If you are from an educational institution, community group, or humanitarian project and would like purchase Foldscopes for use by your group, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the kit and the quantity. An invoice will be sent to you. Proof of payment can be emailed to email@example.com.
Payments can be made via an EFT. Orders will only be confirmed once full payment is received. Please use your invoice number as the reference when making electronic payments. We cannot accept cash deposits.

Standard delivery is via Pargo. Pargo currently operates in over 1900 stores across South Africa and is adding new points to the network weekly. The pick-up points are set up at trusted South African retail chains like Freshstop at Caltex, Clicks, Spar, and various pharmacies, where parcels are stored in a safe and secure area. Consumers can collect their parcel 24/7 and are not reliant on the business hours of the courier or post office. Pick-up points can be found at http://pargo.co.za/find-a-store/.

If you prefer door-to-door delivery, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements. Bear in mind that this option will be significantly more expensive.
If you are unhappy with your Foldscope or if it is faulty, you may return it for a full refund (excluding the original postage). You are responsible for the postage to return the parcel to us. Please get in touch via email@example.com to arrange a return and refund. The process is very straightforward: simply package your kit into the original packaging, print the return label and secure to the parcel, and drop it off at one of Pargo's return depots.
